This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; any additional time will be noted in the product description.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Options (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted delivery providers such as Royal Mail or Evri.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days

  • Cost: Displayed at checkout

Express Delivery (if offered)

  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days

  • Cost: Displayed at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.

3. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when ordering.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

All jewellery is packaged securely using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately.

Born and Raised is pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries outside the United Kingdom.
This policy explains delivery times, costs, customs charges, and customer responsibilities for international orders.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Select countries in Asia

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Custom-made items may require additional processing time (details shown on product pages).

3. International Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and courier.
Typical estimates:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 working days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 working days

  • Asia: 10–20 working days

These are estimates only.
Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local courier issues.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Weight and size of the parcel

  • Chosen delivery service

We always use reputable international couriers such as Royal Mail International Tracked, DPD, or UPS.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges applied by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.

  • We cannot estimate these charges, as they vary by country.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed:

  3. Contact your local postal service

If the courier declares the parcel lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

8. Returns for International Orders

International customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was faulty.
