We create and sell hand-crafted jewellery and related products.

2. Use of the Website

All content (images, product descriptions, branding) is owned by Born and Raised and protected by copyright law.

  • Each item is handmade, and natural variations in stones or materials may occur.

  • Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.

  • Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

4. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. A dispatch confirmation once shipped

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., stock issues, payment concerns).

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout.

  • We accept payment through:

    • PayPal

    • Credit/debit cards (via secure payment processors)

Born and Raised does not store card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.

Delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express delivery (if offered): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist in resolving the issue, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless defective

  • Items damaged through misuse

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days for replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, artwork, branding, and text—is the property of Born and Raised.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Liability

Born and Raised is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
